Zion Villa’s True North

Zion calls to us, particularly during these challenging times.  Nature can provide comfort, relief, grounding, resilience, a renewed perspective and hope for us all.  However, to find access to a national park like Zion for an intimate experience, while trying to observe social distancing, can be a challenge.  Zion Villa’s True North is an answer because it is a one-of-a-kind property located on 10 sanctuary-like acres completely surrounded by Zion National Park.

Inside the gates of Zion Villa’s True North you’ll find 5 uniquely decorated bedrooms that sleep up to 12, a comfortably welcoming living/family room featuring an indoor fireplace, an array of musical instruments, a cabinet of DVDs and an assortment of games and puzzles, bookshelves lined with a range of subjects, a fully-equipped kitchen and an outdoor barbecue, 3 patios with lounge chairs and dining tables, an outdoor chimayo fireplace and a hot tub close to a unique fire ring feature.

Zion Villa’s True North offers an immersion experience of Zion with unique privacy and spectacular views. Unplug from the crowds and social distancing while basking in the open spaces of Zion.  Hike right out the front door to numerous trails, meadows, caves, canyon overlooks or summit nearby Zion Rock formations.  Take in the delight of observing wildlife such as deer, elk, eagles, ravens, and the plant life including, Sage, Pinon Pines, Utah Juniper, spring and summer flowers, autumn colors or winter snow against the colorful formations.  Behold the Milky Way, shooting stars, satellites, and maybe a UFO or two.

The evening moon will be the only light pollution you will see. Even the rainstorms are mesmerizing, often creating over a dozen waterfalls cascading off our next-door neighbor – rock formation “Tabernacle Dome”.

Escape into the expansive freedom of Zion at ZionVilla’s True North Vacation Rental/Retreat.

“We could not have found a more stunning or peaceful retreat to gather our immediate family over Thanksgiving. It was the perfect place to socially distance and experience the many scenic nature views. Waking up in the morning to the beautiful sunrises over Tabernacle Dome, walking the many trails and spots Hank recommended (so helpful and kind!), taking a horseback ride with expansive views of Zion, and visiting caves with petroglyphs were all exhilarating activities.   The home was spacious and perfectly equipped for our Thanksgiving feast. We enjoyed fires every evening. Everything about this place and our trip was perfect.   Our only regret is that we didn’t have the opportunity to get to know our gracious hosts better, who were so respectful of the constraints we all needed to abide by during this time. Hope to return again in the future!”
